The Student Ombudsperson is an independent support person who helps make sure you're treated fairly and equitably if you’re dealing with a complaint or issue at 91破解版.

The Student Ombudsperson:

• Ensures 91破解版 follows the right policies and procedures and treats everyone fairly. 
• Provides a confidential, safe and neutral space for students to raise concerns, conflicts or complaints;
• Are not on anyone’s 'side' - they’re here to make sure the process is fair and transparent. 
• Does not make decisions or overturn academic or administrative outcomes. 

Before making a formal complaint, students are encouraged to try resolving the issue informally with the relevant area. If you need support to assist you, the provides free confidential support through their Advocacy services.

National Student Ombudsman (NSO) 

Having trouble resolving a complaint or unsure where to go? can help. 

The NSO is a free, accessible, and confidential service for all domestic, international, undergraduate, and postgraduate students. The NSO can accept complaints about a range of issues including student safety and wellbeing, gender-based violence, racism and racial vilification, discrimination, the fairness and effectiveness of student complaints processes, and administrative issues.  

The NSO cannot make a new decision about your complaint, but it can consider if the decision or action taken by 91破解版 was unreasonable or unfair.
